  Had a great experience with Furnace Doctors. Technician JJ was extremely knowledgeable and took a very systematic approach to troubleshooting and diagnosing our HVAC issue. He carefully checked all components, including temperatures, capacitor functioning, and coolant levels, and thoroughly tested the system after the repair to confirm everything was working properly. JJ explained the process clearly and was professional throughout the visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail and confidence in the work performed. Highly recommend! The poor ratings online did not reflect the experience I had.
