Our unit completely stopped working on one of the hottest days and thankfully we were able to get these guys out same day, while other places told us next day.

I had a great experience with Furnace Doctor.
Rhett arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, added refrigerant, and had my AC running properly again in no time. He was professional, efficient, and explained what he was doing without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Had a great experience with Furnace Doctors. Technician JJ was extremely knowledgeable and took a very systematic approach to troubleshooting and diagnosing our HVAC issue. He carefully checked all components, including temperatures, capacitor functioning, and coolant levels, and thoroughly tested the system after the repair to confirm everything was working properly. JJ explained the process clearly and was professional throughout the visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail and confidence in the work performed. Highly recommend! The poor ratings online did not reflect the experience I had.
